Terms
and Specifications of Service :
No
adult sites, or other sites that may be involved with illegal
material. We approve all site before service starts, and you will
not be charged if your site does not qualify for traffic.
You
may not have any popups (popups, pop-behinds, or exit popups,
java popups) on the page we send the hits to.
No
Frame Breaking code.
No
scripts that alter users browser settings (auto homepage, bookmark).
If
you change the content of your site once the campaign begins.
No refund will be made if your site violates these terms
at any time.
Traffic
cannot be accurately tracked using 3rd party counters (systems
which do not reside on the server of your site among others).
These tracking systems often fail during high traffic times and
are not reliable sources for monitoring website statistics.
Please
ensure your server can handle the increase in traffic. We send
actual visitors, not just hits, your data transfer (bandwidth)
will increase immediately. Nettraffic4u can not be responsible
for downtime of your site due to large amounts of traffic it is
not able to handle.
Additional
fees required by your hosting service may apply for higher traffic
rates. Check with your hosting service before purchase. We can
not be responsible for increased rates applied by your host.
By
placing your order, you agree that the terms and conditions have
been read and understood.
We
also accept payments through 2Checkout.com.
If
you would like to use this facility instead of Paypal
email us with the campaign you would like to purchase
and we will set up an invoice and send it to you.
All
2checkout payments are scrutinized for fraudulent transactions
and will be followed up to the full extent of the law
if found to be fraudulent.
